When registering, authorizing the User, as well as when using the Sun.rent Website, Application, Sun.rent Service, making payments, conducting surveys, sending informational and advertising messages and in all other cases provided for in the User Agreement and the Accession Agreement, the Company may request from the User (clause 1.1.1. of the Policy) and/or receive automatically (clause 1.1.2 of the Policy) the following information about the User:

1.1.1. First name, last name, mobile phone number, e-mail address, login and password information for accessing certain functions of the Site, the Sun.rent Application, the Sun.rent Service, the history of using the Sun.rent Service (information on the number, cost, time and order of orders made by Users for the services of the Sun.rent Service and their payment, including information about a bank account and/or a bank card account), information about participation in promotions, information about subscribing to a newsletter or support service materials), bank details for a refund, as well as other data and information;

1.1.2. information that is automatically transmitted to the Company during the use of the Website, the Sun.rent Application, the Sun.rent Service, using software installed on the User’s device, including IP address, information from cookies and tracking bugs, information about the country and (or) city of the User’s location, information about the Internet browser The User (or any other program that provides access to the Site, the Sun.rent Application, the Sun.rent Service), the access time, the address of the requested page about the User’s devices that access the Site, The Sun.rent application, the Sun.rent Service.

1.2. This Policy applies only to the Website, the Sun.rent Application, and the Sun.rent Service. 1.3. The Company assumes that the User is an adult capable person who meets the requirements of the User Agreement and the Accession Agreement, provides reliable and sufficient information and keeps this information up to date. The Company has the right to verify the information provided by the User in accordance with the provisions of the User Agreement and the Accession Agreement. If the User provides false information, the Company has the right to suspend or cancel registration and/or refuse the User access to the Website, the Sun.rent Application, the Sun.rent Service. The Company and/or other third parties are not responsible for providing false information and the resulting negative consequences. If the use of the Sun.rent Website, Application, or Sun.rent Service was carried out by a minor and/or an incapacitated person, then the parents, adoptive parents and other legal representatives of the minor and/or incapacitated person are responsible for such use not authorized by the Company.

2. The purpose of collecting and processing User data and other information

2.1. The Company uses the User’s data and other information for the purposes of concluding and executing a User Agreement, concluding and executing an Affiliation Agreement, providing additional services, improving the quality of service, User participation in promotions conducted by the Company, surveys, research (including, but not limited to conducting surveys, research via electronic, telephone and cellular communications), decision-making or performing other actions that give rise to legal consequences against the User or other persons, providing the User with information about the services provided by the Company, providing consulting services by the Company. 2.2. The purposes of collecting and processing personal data include, without limitation, the following:

2.2.1. registration, identification and authorization of the User within the framework of the Sun.rent Service;

2.2.2. conclusion and execution of the User Agreement and the Accession Agreement;

2.2.3. provision of the Sun.rent Service to the User, as well as any additional functionality within the Sun.rent Service;

2.2.4. processing of User requests by the Company within the framework of the Sun.rent Service;

2.2.5. analysis and research of opportunities to improve the Sun.rent Service;

2.2.6. sending out news and information about products, services, and special offers related to the Sun.rent Service;

2.2.7. sending service messages (for example, to inform about the status of renting a scooter, restoring/changing the User’s username and password, etc.);

2.2.8. prevention and detection of fraud and illegal use of the Sun.rent Service;

2.2.9. conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data.

3. Conditions, methods and procedure for processing personal data and other personal information of the User

3.1. The Company uses the User’s personal data and other information only for the purposes specified in the Policy and in accordance with the Policy.

3.2. In relation to the User’s personal data and other information, the Company complies with confidentiality.

3.3. The Company will not disclose, distribute, sell or otherwise dispose of the personal data and other information received to third parties, except for the purposes, methods and within the limits provided for in this Policy.

3.4. The processing of personal and other User data is carried out by the Company to the extent necessary to achieve each of the goals specified in section 2 of the Policy in the following possible ways: collection, recording (including on electronic media), systematization, accumulation, storage, compilation of lists, labeling, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, cross-border transfer of personal data, obtaining an image by photographing, as well as performing any other actions with the User’s personal data, taking into account the applicable law. The Company has the right to process the User’s personal and other data both using automated means of processing the User’s personal data and without using automation tools.

3.5. The Company has the right to transfer the personal data provided to it by the User for their processing (to give an order for processing) (to the extent necessary for the Company to fulfill its obligations) to third parties, including organizations that are engaged by the Company to send information messages via e-mail / mobile operators, debit/transfer funds from/on the bank card(s)/current account — to credit organizations (banks), payment systems, mobile operators, courier services, postal organizations, including cross-border transfer of User’s personal data in written or electronic form, in cases and in accordance with the procedure provided for by relevant agreements with these third parties, Company rules, applicable law.

3.6. The Company also has the right to transfer the personal data provided to it by the User to state bodies, courts, other authorized bodies and organizations, in cases and in accordance with the procedure when this is required in accordance with the law applicable to the Policy.

3.7. The Company guarantees the fair and lawful processing of the User’s personal and other data in accordance with the objectives provided for in Section 2 of the Policy.

3.8. The Company guarantees the immediate updating of the User’s data in case they provide updated data.

3.9. Consent to the processing of personal data and other data is given by the User on an indefinite basis, or before the expiration of the storage period of relevant information or documents containing the above information, determined in accordance with the law applicable to the Policy. Upon expiration of the specified period, personal data is subject to destruction by the Company.

4. Changing or deleting information by the User. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data

4.1. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal data and other information provided by him by contacting the Company, for example, through the support service or using the contacts indicated on the Website, in the Sun.rent Application with a request to change (update, supplement) the information previously provided by him (the Company changes (updates, supplements) the information provided by the User only after carrying out the User identification procedure used in the Company at the time of the relevant request).

4.2.The User has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by sending a corresponding written notification to the Company at least 30 (thirty calendar) days before the withdrawal of consent, while the User acknowledges and understands that access to the use of the Services of the Sun.rent Website and Application, the Sun.rent Service will not be provided by the Company with the moment when the Company lost the ability to process the User’s personal data.

5. Protecting User Information

5.1. The Company ensures that necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures are taken to protect personal data and other information of Users from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with it by third parties.

6.1. To improve the quality of the Sun.rent Service, the Company may use (temporary and permanent) cookies, tracking bugs and/or other technologies for collecting non-personal data (for example, IP address, browser type and Internet Service Provider (ISP) data, as well as (for Users, who use the Company’s services via a mobile device), a unique device identifier, operating system data and coordinates in order to account for the number of Users and their behavior when using the Sun.rent Service. To improve User convenience, the Company has the right to collect and process information about the total number of operations, pages viewed by the User, referring/source pages, type of platform, date/time of recording information, number and place of views of this page, page view and used (search) words.

6.2. Information about cookies and tracking bugs:

The Company may use cookies and tracking bugs in order to control the use of the Sun.rent Service, collect non-personal information about the User, save preferences and other information on the User’s device in order to save the User’s time needed to repeatedly enter the same information in the forms of the Sun.rent Website, Application, and also, in order to display the content during subsequent visits by the User to the Site, the Sun.rent Application. 8. Final provisions

8.1. The law of the USA shall apply to the Policy and the relations between Users and the Company arising in connection with the application of the Policy.

8.2. By agreeing to the terms of the Policy, the User consents to the processing of personal and other data by his will and in his interest.

8.3. Refusal to provide personal data and other information necessary for the use of the Sun.rent Website, Application, and Sun.rent Service entails the impossibility for the Company to provide the Sun.rent Service to the User.
